The directory is used to manage groups containing personal profiles of individuals.
Location of the directory: – – .
Data grid columns:
Name is the personal profile group.
Description is a brief description of the personal profile group.
Parent group is the personal profile group containing this group.
Security level is the security level assigned to the personal profile group.
System is a tag identifying system objects.
The context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new personal profile group.
(F2) – edits personal profile group attributes.
(Del) – deletes personal profile groups from the directory to the .
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
To add new personal profile groups to the directory, please use the and entry windows. To edit attributes of directory groups, use the or editor windows.
When you delete personal profile groups from the directory, a confirm deletion prompt appears. When you delete a personal profile group from the directory, all its nested personal profiles and groups are also deleted.
