The Specification panel contains a data grid with a list of images that correspond to different states (statuses) of table types.

When a new table type is created, the specification data grid is populated with a list of all possible statuses for the given table type. Initially, these statuses are not matched with images.

Data grid columns:

  • Type denotes the type to which a table belongs.

  • Status designates possible states of a given table.

    The list of table states is determined by the developer and cannot be edited by the user: Vacant, Occupied with my guest tabs, Occupied with someone else's guest tabs, My guest tabs in payment, Someone else's guest tabs in payment, Joined with my table, Joined to another table, Joined. Occupied with my guest tabs, Joined. Occupied with someone else's guest tabs, Joined. My guest tabs in payment, and Joined. My guest tabs in payment.

  • Image indicates the images that illustrate the table states.

  • File name designates the names of the files that contain the images that illustrate the table states.

  • Font colour indicates the font colour used to display messages on the table type image.

    You can select a font colour from the set of standard recommended values in the drop-down list or in the standard colour selection window of the operating system.

The context menu of the specification data grid contains the following commands:

  • Edit (F2) – edits images for table types.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To edit attributes of the images that illustrate table statuses, use the Table type image and Table type images editor windows.
