Price schedule groups directory

The Price schedule groups directory is used to manage the price schedule groups that are utilised for selling menu items.

Location of the directory: MenuPrice schedule groups.

Data grid columns:

  • Name denotes the name of the price schedule group.

  • Description is a description of the price schedule group.

  • Parent group indicates the name of the price schedule group to which this group belongs.

  • Security level indicates the security level assigned to the price schedule group.

  • System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a price schedule group.

  • Edit (F2) – edits price schedule groups.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes price schedule groups to the Recycle bin.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add new price schedule groups to the directory, use the New price schedule group and New price schedule groups entry windows. Attributes of selected groups can be edited using the Price schedule group and Price schedule groups editor windows.

When you delete price schedule groups, a confirmation prompt appears. When a price schedule group is deleted, all its child groups and nested price schedules are also deleted.

In order to select the parent price schedule group from fields of other windows, use the Select price schedule group window.
