Dialog windows prompt the user to choose one of several possible actions.

A confirmation prompt is a dialog window that is used to double-check the user's intentions when he or she selects a given command. It opens after the user selects the command, but before the corresponding operation is executed.

The following confirmation prompt types are used within Tillypad XL:
