The Club cashier operating mode is used when customers are served in a club setting. One of the defining features of this mode is that all customers have IDs, which they use to order items. In addition, a deposit is made upon entry, and final settlement is carried out when the customer leaves the venue.

Before a customer is served, he/she is given an ID, for example a plastic card or bracelet. Service of the customer begins once the ID is registered at the cashier's workstation. As a result, a guest tab is created for the customer. If necessary, this tab can contain auto-orders. Depending on your settings, the ID is registered either when the cashier presses the Submit button or automatically when it is scanned by the ID reader.

Using other POS terminals operating in Club waiter mode, the customer orders items to the registered, and therefore open, tab. During service, the customer can make a partial payment towards the tab. For example, if a customer limit has been set, when it is reached, the customer will be prompted to pay part of the total in order to continue ordering items.

To end service, the customer goes to the cashier. The cashier carries out payment based on the information registered on the ID and gives the customer a fiscal receipt.

During this settlement, customers can present the cashier several IDs at once. In this case, the cashier carries out one settlement for all the IDs. Their orders are summed together and put on a single, combined fiscal receipt.

Bills are not used in the club service system. However, Club cashier mode allows the cashier to carry out payment on bills that are created after an interruption in payment (for example, a cancellation) during the customer's final settlement.

After the user logs in to the program and selects the operating mode, the start screen with the list of unpaid bills is displayed.

On this screen, bills can be paid in the same way as they are in Restaurant cashier mode.
