Club cashier mode works with guest tabs associated with customer IDs. Customer IDs can be temporary or permanent. A permanent ID is one that is issued to a particular client.

In Club cashier mode, a guest tab is created the first time a customer's ID is entered.

The system checks the customer ID.

Provided that there are currently no guest tabs associated with the ID when it is entered, a new guest tab is created and associated with that ID. This will open the Club cashier - Entry screen.

Operations with a newly opened guest tab are accessible from this screen.

Alternatively, if the ID is associated with one or more guest tabs, the Club cashier - Exit screen will open. This screen displays a list of guest tabs associated with the customer's ID.

When a customer ID is entered while on the bill selection screen, the exit screen will open if all bills for that customer's guest tab have been paid. Otherwise a warning message will be displayed:

Guest tab operations are accessible from this screen.

Pressing OK will close the warning message and the terminal will stay on the bill selection screen.
