Adding stock items to the stocktake

Adding stock items to the stocktake

To add a stock item to the stocktake, select the stock item in the stock items list.

Note

Different ways of adding an item to a stocktake:

  • by pressing an assigned shortcut key on the keyboard attached to the terminal;

  • by entering a stock item's ID (for example, by scanning its barcode).

The on-hand amount editor window will open.

Enter the stock item amount using the number keys, or put the stock item on scales attached to the terminal.

Press OK or Enter to continue. The stock item will be added to the stocktake and the editor window will close.
