Adding stock items to the stocktake

Edit stocktake mode allows editing and viewing of the list of items in a stocktake:

Add items to the list,
Change amounts of items,
Change units of measurement,
Delete items from the list.

These operations are available from the stocktake editor window.

To return to the stocktake list, press Exit. If any changes were made to the stocktake, you will be prompted to save them when you press Exit.

After confirmation, the stocktake list will open.

Press Save to save changes. This will bring up the save stocktake prompt.

After confirmation, the stocktake list will open.

To confirm the stocktake, press Confirm. This will bring up the confirm stocktake prompt.

After confirmation, the stocktake list will open. The confirmed stocktake will be removed from the list of stores and stocktakes and given the status <xi:include></xi:include>.
