The Filter panel displays filter parameters corresponding to the wizard steps. To carry out the shortcut action, you need to make these filter wizard steps.

While you are not finished with the filter wizard, all filter parameter panels display the message Not initialised. The filter wizard is run when you select the Test query command in the context menu of the Query panel.
