The directory is used to manage shortcut action types used to invoke operations by using keyboard keys.

Data grid columns:
Name is the name of the keyboard shortcut action type.
Description is a brief description of the shortcut action type.
Security level is the security level assigned to a shortcut action type.
System – system objects tag.
The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adding a new keyboard shortcut action type to the directory.
(F2) – editing shortcut action types.
(Del) – deleting shortcut actions types from the directory to the .
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
To add new items to the directory, please use the and entry windows. To edit attributes, use the or editor windows.
When deleting items from the directory, a confirm delete prompt is used.
