Windows used with stock item concurrences:
All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the directory.
The editor window is opened by the command in the context menu when one or more concurrences are selected.
If one stock item concurrence is selected, the editor window will open. The window will contain the Properties and Access panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Name – name of the stock item concurrence. Required field.
Description – brief description.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
When two or more stock item concurrences are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens. The title in the window header changes to . It has a panel displaying the list of the selected stock item concurrences.
The fields are the same as in the window.
The entry window is used to add one or more concurrences to the directory.
The entry window is opened by the command or when adding a concurrence from the clipboard.
The fields are the same as in the window.
The entry window is opened when multiple concurrences are added from the clipboard.
