Changing guest tab promotion categories

To change the promotion category of the guest tab connected to the bill, select it from the list and choose the Change promotion command from the context menu.

To change the guest tab's promotion category in the payment screen, choose the Change promotion command from the Functions button context menu.

This will open a window where you can select another promotion category.

Press Cancel if you do not want to continue. To change the guest tab's promotion category, press Next. A confirmation prompt will appear.

Press Cancel if you do not want to continue. To change the guest tab's promotion category, press Next. This will open a window where you can select a reason for this operation.

If you decide not to change the promotion category, press Cancel. Select a reason for changing the guest tab's promotion category and press OK. The current promotion category of the guest tab will be replaced with the one you have selected.

The name of the new promotion category will appear in the additional line below the bill number connected to the guest tab.

Information about the operation will be stored in the Restricted POS terminal operations log.
