The Bill panel is used to display information about the bill associated with the receipt and information about the bill specification item added to the receipt sales specification. It displays the quantity of the menu item that was transferred from the bill to the receipt, as well as the quantity on hand in the bill that has not yet been added to the receipt.

The Bill panel is composed of the following fields:

  • Division denotes the division where the bill was created. This field is read-only.

  • Business day is the business day on which the bill was paid. This field is read-only.

  • Bill is the bill with which the specification item is associated.This field is read-only.

  • Sales department is the sales department where the sale of the menu item will be registered.

  • Quantity denotes the quantity (volume, weight, time) of the menu item in the bill.

  • Unit (menu) is the unit of measurement for the menu item.

  • Remainder designates the number of identical menu items present in the bill, but not included into the receipt. It is expressed in the same unit of measurement as Quantity. This field is read-only.

    The remaining value is equal to the difference between the number of items in the receipt sales specification and the number of the same items in the bill.
