Abstract

TfmClientGroups

The Regular customer groups directory is used to manage the groups that contain information about regular customers.

Location of the directory window: TransactionsDirectoriesRegular customer groups.

Data grid columns:

  • Name is the name of the regular customer group.

  • Description is a brief text description of the regular customer group.

  • Parent group is the regular customer group containing this group.

  • Suspended is an attribute showing whether the regular customer group is temporarily suspended.

  • Security level is the security level assigned to the regular customer group.

  • System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new regular customer group.

  • Edit (F2) – edits regular customer group attributes.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes regular customer groups from the directory to the Recycle bin.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add new groups to the directory, please use the New regular customer group and the New regular customer groups windows. To edit group attributes, please use the Regular customer group and Regular customer groups editor windows.

When you delete regular customer groups, a confirm deletion prompt appears. When a regular customer group is deleted, all its child groups and regular customers are also removed from the directory.

To select regular customer groups from the entry and editor windows, please use the Select regular customer group window.
