Regular customers of your enterprise can be both individuals and organisations, for example: visitors, partner companies and external organisations or their representatives.

You might want to provide special service conditions for your regular customers or for clients of partner systems (such as promotion programmes, bonuses, personal announcements and greetings, personal account management).

The system allows you to identify individual and group customers and store data regarding all contact between them and your enterprise. Customers can be identified by their personal profiles or by other attributes (surname, name, hotel room number), personal or impersonal IDs (magnetic cards, smart cards, electronic keys, barcode cards), or even a mobile phone call from a phone number stored in the system.

The Tillypad XL Manager allows to you to bring together various pieces of information about your business's regular customers. For client organisations, this might consist of: name, business domain, contact person. For regular customers, this might consist of: given name and surname, age, address and contact phone numbers, gastronomic preferences etc.

Regular customers can enjoy special discounts and bonuses and have regular customer accounts and associated payment cards. Regular customer accounts form a client purse. You can add conventional units (points) to the regular customer account. Once the customer has accrued a certain number of points, he/she can redeem these points for available bonuses.

You can also set up a promotion category for a regular customer. The promotion category of the customer is then entered in his/her guest tab and can complement other promotion categories specified for this guest tab, order, order item, division, or table.

Promotion categories determine related sales rules, discounts provided to the client, points earned by the client, credit limits etc.

The system allows you to record every visit of a regular client who presents his/her ID. The system registers orders made and amounts spent by a regular customer, operations on regular customer accounts, account balances, and balances of earned and spent points.
