Access panel of the Company window

The following windows are used to work with companies' details:

All these windows are opened from the Companies directory data grid.

The command Edit opens the editor window and enables you to change attributes of one or more companies.

If one element is selected in the data grid, the Company editor window opens. The window is composed of the Properties and Access panels.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

  • Company group is the group containing the company. This is a required field.

    Please select a group in the Select company group window.

  • Name is the name of the company. This is a required field.

    We recommend entering the official company name as it is written in the company's incorporation documents.

  • Description is a textual description of the company.

    Any additional information can be entered in this field.

  • Type is the company type. This is a required field.

    Please select a type in the Select company type window.

  • Phone is the contact phone number of the company.

  • Registered office address is the address where the company is registered.

    This is the address specified in the incorporation documents of the company. It is used in some print layouts.

  • Address is the actual physical address of the enterprise.

  • Settlement account is the bank account number used for settlement transactions with this company.

    The settlement account number is specified in document print layouts.

  • TIN is the tax identification number assigned to the company.

    The TIN is specified in document print layouts.

  • Comment is a short text comment.

    This field can contain any additional text information about this company.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

If more than one record is selected in the table, the Companies editor window opens. A panel with a list of the selected elements is added to the editor window.

The fields and their completion rules are similar to those in the Company window.

In the editor window, you can enter into the directory data concerning one or more companies.

You can open the New company entry window by using the Add command or by pasting a company from the clipboard to the directory.
