Report function window

Windows used to manage context functions in the data grids of reports:

All of these windows are opened from the Functions panel data grid.

You can open the Report function editor window by using the Edit command. In this window, you can modify the attributes of one function.

The window is composed of the Properties and Parameter relationships panels.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

  • Function is the function initiated by the context menu command in the report data grid. This is a required field.

    Please select a function in the Select function window.

  • Name is the name of the context menu command used to initiate the function.

  • Data set is the report data set containing a data grid from which you can initiate a function. This is a required field.

  • Visibility condition determines when the command will be visible in the context menu.

  • Accessibility condition determines when the command will be accessible in the context menu.

  • Index is the sequence order in which the command is located in the context menu of the report viewing window.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

You can open the New report function entry window using the Add command. From there, you can add a new function to the specification by initiating a context menu command.
