The Print layouts panel is used to manage print layouts of reports.

The Print layouts panel data grid is composed of the following columns:

  • Report is the report to which this print layout belongs.

  • Language is the language of the print layout.

  • Based on is the print layout to be inherited.

The context menu of the Print layouts panel contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new print layout.

  • Edit (F2) – edits print layouts.

    This command is only available when one print layout is selected.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes print layouts.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new print layout to the data grid on the Print layouts panel, use the New print layout entry window. To edit print layout attributes, use the Print layout editor window.

When you delete print layouts from the data grid on the Print layouts panel, a prompt will appear asking you to confirm the permanent deletion.
