Price schedules directory

The Price schedules directory is used to manage the price schedules that apply to menu items.

Location of the directory: MenuPrice schedules.

Data grid columns:

  • Name indicates the name of a price schedule or a price schedule group.

  • Description is a description of the price schedule.

  • Security level denotes the security level assigned to the price schedule.

  • System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a price schedule.

  • Add group (Alt+Ins) – adds a new price schedule group.

  • Edit (F2) – edits the selected price schedules or price schedule groups.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes the selected price schedules and price schedule groups to the Recycle bin.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new price schedules to the directory, use the New price schedule and New price schedules entry windows. Attributes of selected price schedules can be edited using the Price schedule and Price schedules editor windows.

In order to add a new price schedule group to the directory, use the New price schedule group and New price schedule groups windows. Attributes of selected groups can be altered using the Price schedule group and Price schedule groups editor windows.

When you delete price schedules, a confirmation prompt appears. When price schedule groups are deleted, all their child groups and nested elements are deleted as well.

To open price schedules from a window field, use the Select price schedule window. To select price schedule groups, use the Select price schedule group window.
