Authorisation devices directory

The Authorisation devices directory is used to manage authorisation devices.

When you run the first operation on an authorisation device that has not yet been entered into the directory, the information about this device is added to the Authorisation devices directory. You cannot add authorisation devices manually.

Location of the directory: DevicesDirectoriesAuthorisation devices.

Data grid columns:

  • Name is the name of the authorisation device.

  • Description is a brief text description of the authorisation device.

  • Number is the unique number of the authorisation device.

  • Partner is the external organisation where this authorisation device is registered.

  • Authorisation device type is the type of the authorisation device.

  • Security level indicates the security level assigned to an authorisation device.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

  • Edit (F2) – edits authorisation devices.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes authorisation devices from the directory to the Recycle bin.

  • Authorisation operations – opens a window to view the Authorisation operations by authorisation device log.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To edit attributes of the authorisation devices, please use the Authorisation device and Authorisation devices editor windows.

When removing authorisation devices from the Authorisation devices directory, a confirm delete prompt is used.

To open the directory from windows of other directories, please use the Select authorisation device window.
