Number generator window

Windows used to manage number generators:

All these windows are opened from the data grid context menu in the Number generators directory.

You can open the editor window using the Edit command. In this window, you can modify attributes of one or more number generators.

If one item is selected in the table, the Number generator editor window will open.

The window is composed of the Properties , Access , and Query panels.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

  • Name - the name of the number generator.

  • Description - a text description of the number generator.

    Any additional information can be entered in this field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The multiple number generators editor window opens if two or more entries are selected in the data grid. The name of the window changes to Number generators. A panel with a list of the selected items is added to the window, together with the Properties and Access panels.

The panels and fields are similar to those in the Number generator window.

The entry window allows you to add one or more number generators to the directory.

The New number generator entry window is opened by using the Add command or by pasting one number generator from the clipboard.

When pasting two or more number generators from the clipboard, the New number generators entry window is opened. A panel with a list of the number generators in the clipboard is added to the window.
