The directory is used to manage number generators, which set rules for automatic number generation.
Location of the directory: - - .
Data grid columns:
Name - the name of the number generator.
Description - a brief description of the number generator.
Security level - the security level assigned to the number generator.
System is a tag identifying system objects.
The directory context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new number generator to the directory.
(F2) – edits attributes of number generators.
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
– menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
To add new items to the directory, use the and windows. To edit directory contents, use the and editor windows.
A confirmation prompt appears when deleting number generators.
To open the directory data grid from the window fields, use the window.
