Access panel in the Concurrence window

The Access is intended to specify the security level either directly assigned to the selected menu concurrence or inherited by it.
The Access panel displays the field:
Security level is the security level assigned to the menu concurrence. This is a required field.
Please select a level in the window.
If the security level of the selected concurrence is inherited from the system settings, its name will appear in green.
The security level assigned to the menu concurrence determines the access settings for this concurrence only.
