Access panel in the Payment method group window

The Access panel is used to specify the security level either directly assigned to the selected payment method group or inherited by it.
The Access panel is composed of one field:
Security level is the security level assigned to the payment method group. This is a required field.
Please select a level in the window.
If the security level of the payment method group is inherited from the system settings, its name will appear in green.
