Operations on guest tabs, orders, and order items

In Fast Food mode, you can perform operations on guest tabs, orders, and order items.

Operations on guest tabs

Operations on guest tabs can be carried out on the order entry screen or in the guest tab list. The commands for guest tab operations can be found in the context menu of the button.

You can carry out the following operations on guest tabs:

send a guest tab to printing;
edit a guest tab's attributes,: promotion category, comment, number of customers, table;
hand the guest tab over to another employee;
delete the guest tab,
delete bill payments of the selected guest tab.
Payments can be deleted if a previously closed guest tab has been reopened in a different operating mode.

Operations on orders

Operations on orders can be carried out on the order entry screen or in the guest tab list. The commands for order operations can be found in the context menu of the order.

You can delete an order from the guest tab or change the promotion category of the order.

Operations on order items can be carried out on the order entry screen or in the guest tab list. The commands for order item operations can be found in the context menu of the order item.
