Preparation of ordered dishes can start automatically or be launched manually.

In the automatic mode, the preparation start time is controlled by a system task. The automatic preparation start time is calculated according to this formula: Expected delivery time - Time en route - Preparation time.

To start the preparation manually, select the guest tab from the list and choose the Start preparation command in the context menu.

A confirmation prompt will appear.

To confirm preparation start, press OK. This will change the delivery guest tab's status to Preparation started. If you decide not to start the preparation, press Cancel.
