Operations in Stop list mode

Adding items to the stop list
Changing the POS terminal on which a menu item will be excluded from sale
Deleting items from the stop list
Clearing the stop list
Saving changes made to the stop list

In Stop list mode, you can view and edit the stop list, which contains the menu items that are unavailable for selection on POS terminals.

In Stop list mode, you can view the menu items added to the stop list either from this POS terminal operating mode or from the Stop list settings directory.

Note

You can exclude a menu item from sale using one of the following methods:

  • by adding this menu item to the stop list (in the Stop list directory or in the Stop list mode of the POS terminal);

  • by setting the Exclude from sale flag (in the Menu directory);

  • by selecting the Not for sale flag in the price schedule (in the Menu or Price schedules directories);

  • by selecting No in the For sale field for a menu group (in the Menu directory).

All of these operations are run on the start screen of the mode, i.e. on the stop list editor screen.
