Input device window

The Input devices panel is used to manage the input devices connected to the computer.

Data grid columns:

  • Computer is the computer to which the input device is connected.

  • Input device is the device for entering data into the computer to be used with Tillypad XL.

The context menu of the Input devices panel contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new input device to the computer specification.

  • Edit (F2) – edits attributes of the existing input devices.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes input devices from the computer specification.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

In order to add a new input device to the computer specification, please use the New input device entry window. To edit attributes of the input devices, use the Input device and Input devices editor windows.

When deleting input devices from computer specifications, a confirm permanent deletion prompt is used.
