Select day type window

The Day types directory is used to manage day types.

You can apply day types to any periods of time in the company's operation in order to set up certain sales rules, price schedules, and discounts for these days.

Location of the directory window: Sales – Promotion directories – Day types.

Data grid columns:

Name is the name of the day type.
Security level indicates the security level assigned to the day type.
Description is a brief description of the day type.
System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) – adds a day type.
Edit (F2) – edits attributes of day types.
Delete (Del) – deletes day types from the directory to the Recycle bin.
Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new type to the directory, use the New day type and New day types windows. To edit day type attributes, use the Day type and Day types editor windows.

A confirmation prompt appears when you delete day types from the directory.

The Select day type window is used to open the directory data grid from the window fields.
