Windows used to manage ID groups:
All of these windows can be opened from the directory or the directory.
You can open the editor window using the command. From here, you can modify attributes of one or more ID groups.
The editor window opens if one group is selected in the data grid. The window is composed of the Properties and Access panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Parent group is the ID group containing this group.
Name indicates the name of the menu group. This is a required field.
Description is a brief text description of the ID group.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Suspended is an attribute showing whether or not the ID group has been temporarily suspended. This is a required field.
You can choose between Yes and No. Selecting Yes will temporarily disable (in Tillypad XL) all the IDs in this group.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The multiple editor window opens when two or more ID groups are selected in the data grid. The name of the editor window changes to . A panel with a list of the selected groups is added to the window.
The fields are similar to those in the editor window.
The entry window is used to add one or more ID groups to the directories.
The entry window is opened by using the command in the directory or by using the command in the directory. You can also open the window by pasting a single ID group from the clipboard (only in the ID groups directory).
The fields are similar to those in the editor window.
The entry window is opened when several ID groups are pasted from the clipboard.
A panel with a list of the ID groups from the clipboard is added to the window.
