Keyboard shortcut action type window

Windows used for managing directory contents:

All of these windows are opened from the Keyboard shortcut action types directory data grid.

You can open the editor window by using the Edit command. From here, you can modify attributes of one or more keyboard shortcut action types.

If one keyboard shortcut action type is selected in the data grid, the Keyboard shortcut action type window opens.

The window is composed of the following panels: Properties , Access , Filter , Query , and Filter settings .

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

  • Name is the name of the keyboard shortcut action type. This is a required field.

  • Description is a brief description of the keyboard shortcut action type.

    Any additional information can be entered in this field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

When two or more keyboard shortcut action types are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens. The name of the editor window changes to Keyboard shortcut action types.

The window is composed of two panels: a panel with the selected items as well as the Properties panel.

The fields and panels are similar to those in the Keyboard shortcut action type window.

The entry window allows you to add one or more keyboard shortcut action types to the directory.

The New keyboard shortcut action type window is opened by using the Add command or by pasting an item from the clipboard.
