Windows used to manage tasks:
All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the directory data grid.
The editor window is opened by using the one or more tasks are selected.
command whenIf one entry is selected in the data grid, the editor window will open. The window is composed of the Properties and Schedule panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Name indicates the name of the task. This is a required field.
Task type is the task type with which the task is associated. This is a required field.
Employee denotes the employee who created the task. This is a required field.
Filter parameters are the filter parameter panels corresponding to the filter wizard steps for the selected task type.
Inactive shows that task execution has been temporarily disabled. This is a required field.
You can choose between Yes and No.
Description is a brief text description of the task.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Click
to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.When two or more tasks are selected for editing, the editor window opens. A panel with a list of the selected items is added to the window. This window will not contain the Filter parameters field.
The fields and panels are similar to those in the window.
