The following windows are used to manage access settings by user role:
All of these windows are opened from the Access settings panel data grid.
You can open the editor window by using the one or more access settings by user role.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
User role is the user role for which you are customising access settings. This is a required field.
Employee privilege set is the employee privilege included in the access setting by user role. This is a required field.
Security level indicates the security level included in the access setting by user role.

to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.If two or more entries are selected in the data grid, the multiple editor window opens. The name of the window changes to . A panel with a list of the selected items is added to the window. Associated security levels are specified in brackets:

The entry window allows you to add one or more access settings by user role to the specification.
You can open the entry window by using the command or by pasting an item from the clipboard to the specification.
