KDS queries are used for sampling data to be displayed and edited on POS terminals in Kitchen Display System mode. KDS queries are based on KDS query types and values selected in the filter wizard. For example, the filter can limit the query to orders created on a specific POS terminal or to dishes and goods that belong to a certain menu concurrence.

Data processing is carried out on the POS terminal where the KDS query is specified.

KDS queries are managed in the KDS queries directory.
