When stock items are received from external suppliers, stock-in records are created. Stock-in records contain prices, with which these stock items were received in the store.

The stock item purchase price is determined for a store group based on stock-in records created in the stores of the group.

Stock items with purchase prices are managed in the Stock items with purchase prices directory.

In this directory, you can view the stock item purchase price determined for the selected store group or edit this purchase price. It can also be edited in the Purchase price operational report.

For stock items with recipes, you can determine the recipe cost and how any changes made to the recipe will affect it.
