Value added tax (VAT) rates are used to determine the amount of tax levied when you sell menu items and carry out store operations on stock items between your company and its suppliers and customers. Tax rates are determined by the relevant local laws.

VAT rates are managed in the VAT rates directory. The default VAT rate is specified in the System settings directory.
