Windows used for managing the directory contents:

Table type and Table types editor windows
New table type and New table types entry windows

All of these windows are opened from the Table types directory.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command when one or more table types are selected.

If one table type is selected, the Table type editor window will open. The editor window contains the Properties , Access and Specification panels.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

Name – name of the table type. Required field.
Description – brief description of the table type.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

When two or more table types are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected table types. The title in the window header is Table types.

The panels and fields are the same as in the Table type editor window.

The entry window is used to add one or more new table types to the directory.

The New table type entry window is opened by the Add command or when adding a table type from the clipboard.
