Abstract

The Recalculate stock items window is used for stock item recalculation in store documents.

Location: Store - Document operations - Recalculate stock items.

The window contains a filter panel where filters selected by the user are displayed, and the Recalculate stock items panel.

Selecting Cancel closes the window without updating documents.

Selecting OK will make changes to the selected stock items in the specifications of documents that satisfy the selected criteria. A progress indicator is displayed while the operation is being carried out.

When the stock item recalculation is complete, the Information window will open with a list of the store documents that were affected by the operation.

If this window does not display a list of documents, it means that there were no documents matching the selected criteria and as a result no documents were affected.

Data grid columns:

Document – recalculated document number.
Document date – date the document was created.
Status – document status after recalculation.
Store – name of the store on which the document was created.
Employee – user name of the employee who created the document.
Description – description of the document.
Document type – document type.
Additional – additional information about the document.

The context menu commands:

Documents (F2) – views specifications of the store documents affected by the recalculation.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
