The recalculation of menu items enables the user to make changes to sales records, which have already been processed. This allows store documents to be corrected to account for changes in recipes used with selected stock items, as well as to adjust the relation between the volumes of sold menu items and deducted stock items, etc.
This operation can be carried out using the recalculate menu items task. It enables the user to make changes to two or more already processed sales documents without changing their status.
