Windows used with model columns: Edit model record and Edit model records editor windows.

These editor windows are opened by the Edit command from the context menu in the Model panel when one or more model columns are selected.

If one model column is selected the Edit model record editor window opens.

Form fields:

Field – name of the field where the data returned by the query is displayed.
The field is read-only.
Header – header of the column in the data grid.
Visible – defines whether the column is visible in the report viewer window.
Options:
- Yes,
- No,
- Hidden.

If Yes is selected, the column will be displayed in the data set panel data grid. The visibility can be toggled in the Table properties window.
If No is selected, the column will not be displayed in the data set data grid . But visibility can be toggled in the Table properties window.
If Hidden is selected, the column will not be displayed in the data set data grid. This column is not available in the Table properties window.
Index – order in which the column is displayed in the data grid of the report viewer window.

Selecting OK will save changes and close the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving changes.

When two or more model records are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected model records. The title in the window header is Edit model records.

Fields are the same as in the Edit model record windw. The Index field is read-only.
