Windows used for managing the directory contents:
All of these windows are opened from the directory.
The editor window is opened by the one or more sales departments are selected.

The window contains the Properties and Access panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Name – name of the sales department. Required field.
Names are displayed in sales documents and are used to group data in reports.
Description – brief description of the sales department.

Selecting will close the window without saving data.When two or more sales departments are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected sales departments. The title in the window header is .

The entry window allows one or more new sales departments to be added to the directory.
The entry window is opened by the command or when adding a sales department from the clipboard.

The entry window is opened when two or more sales departments are pasted from the clipboard.
