Receipt payment specification item window

Windows used to manage receipt payment specification items:

Windows used to view specification items of ready and paid-for receipts:

All of these windows are opened from the data grid of the Payment specification panel.

You can open the editor window by using the Edit command. From here, you can edit one or more receipt payment specification items. You can only edit payment specification items in receipts with the Not ready status.

If one entry is selected in the specification data grid, the Receipt payment specification item editor window opens.

Window fields:

  • Receipt is the receipt that includes the payment item. This is a required field.

  • Payment method is the payment method that was used. This is a required field.

    Please select a payment method in the Select payment method window.

  • Authorisation operation is the authorisation operation that was performed during payment authorisation.

    Please select an operation in the Select authorisation operation by POS terminal window.

  • Total designates the amount tendered with this payment method. This is a required field.

  • Remainder is the remaining amount that has not been paid for. This field is read-only.

    The remaining amount equals the difference between the cost of items in the receipt payment specification and the value in the previous field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The editor window for multiple receipt payment specification items opens if two or more items are selected in the payment specification data grid.

The name of the editor window changes to Receipt payment specification items. It contains a panel with a list of the selected items; their associated receipts are indicated in brackets.

The panels and fields are similar to those in the Receipt payment specification item window.

The entry window allows you to add one or more new payment items to the receipt specification.

You can open the New receipt payment specification item entry window by using the Add command or by pasting one item from the clipboard.

You can open the entry window for one payment specification item by using the Add command or by pasting one item from the clipboard.

The New receipt payment specification items entry window opens if two or more payment specification items are pasted from the clipboard. A panel with a list of the selected items is added to the window from the clipboard.

You can open the viewing window for receipt payment specification items by using the View command. From there, you can view attributes of one or more selected payment specification items from receipts with the Ready, Paid, or Deleting status.

If one item is selected in the specification, the Receipt payment specification item viewing window opens.

Selecting Close will close the viewing window.

The Receipt payment specification items viewing window opens if two or more items are selected in the receipt payment specification and at least one of the receipts has the Ready, Paid, or Deleting status.
