Regular customer account balances operational report

The Regular customer account balances operational report is used to display regular customers’ current account balances.

Location of the operational report window: Transactions – Regular customer account balances.

You can also open this window using the Account balances command from the data grid context menu in the Regular customers directory.

The operational report window contains a panel with filter parameters and a table displaying the list of regular customers matching the selected filter parameters.

List columns:

Account type is the regular customer account type.
Regular customer is the regular customer.
Total is the balance on a regular customer account.
Regular customer group is the group of regular customers containing this regular customer.

Context menu commands:

Account operations – opens a window to view the Regular customer account operations list.
Bills – opens a window to view the Bills by regular customer account document list.
Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
