The following windows are used to manage the order’s additional promotion categories:

All of these windows are opened from the promotion categories specification of the order.
You can open the editor window by using the command from the context menu of the promotion categories specification of the order when one or more promotion categories are selected. From here, you can modify the attributes of the promotion categories in the order.
If one promotion category is selected in the additional promotion category specification data grid, the editor window opens.
The fields in the window can be edited if the order has the Not ready status.
Window fields:
Order indicates the order that contains the promotion category. This is a required field.
Promotion category is an additional promotion category added to the order. This is a required field.
Click to save data. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
The multiple additional order promotion categories editor window opens if multiple promotion categories are selected for editing in the data grid.
The name of the editor window changes to . It has a panel displaying a list of the selected promotion categories, with their associated orders specified in brackets.
The fields are similar to those in the window.
The entry window allows you to add one or more new promotion categories to the order specification.
You can open the entry window by using the command or by pasting one promotion category from the clipboard.
If two or more items are added from the clipboard to the order promotion category specification, the window opens.
This window has a panel displaying a list of the promotion categories from the clipboard, with their associated orders specified in brackets.
The fields are similar to those in the window.
You can open the viewing window by using the command. From here, you can familiarise yourself with the attributes of one or more selected additional promotion categories of a submitted order.
If one item is selected in the promotion category specification, the viewing window opens.
Selecting will close the viewing window.
The multiple order promotion categories viewing window opens when two or more promotion categories are selected for viewing in the specification of one or more orders when at least one of them has the Submitted status.
The name of the viewing window changes to . It has a panel displaying the list of the selected promotion categories with the associated orders specified in the brackets.
