Deleting both submitted and unsubmitted orders is a restricted operation. Such operations are stored in the Restricted POS terminal operations operational report.

You may need to authorise the operation and specify a reason for its execution. In the parameters of Fast Food mode, you can configure whether the operation needs to be authorised, as well as the procedure according to which it will be stored in the list of restricted operations.
