Payment authorisation
Payment authorisation

If the payment is carried out with non-cash methods (partially or in full), you will need to run a payment authorisation.

After the system checks whether the tendered payment amount is correct, the payment authorisation window will open. This window will display step-by-step instructions to guide you through the authorisation process.

To run the payment authorisation, you need to provide the system with information about the individual making the payment and the account from which the payment will be deducted.

If the authorisation process consists of two or more steps, system dialog boxes or authorisation device dialog boxes will appear after each step. Run the payment authorisation according to the directions on the screen. To navigate back and forth between steps, use the Next and Back buttons.

The execution window displays a message about the operation in progress.

If the authorisation is not completed, the POS terminal will remain in payment mode.

If the authorisation is successfully completed, the payment will be carried out and the Enter order screen opened.
