Regular customer ID window

The IDs panel is used to manage the IDs assigned to a regular customer.

Data grid columns:

  • ID designates the ID used by the regular customer.

  • Issued on is the date when the ID was assigned to the regular customer.

    Note

    The Issued on field is populated automatically by the system when the regular customer window is saved. The field cannot be edited manually.This value will not change when the ID is changed.

  • Comment is a short comment on a regular customer's ID.

  • Regular customer indicates the regular customer.

    This column is used to identify the ID owner among several simultaneously selected regular customers.

  • Suspended is an attribute showing that the client's ID has been temporarily suspended.

The context menu of the panel data grid contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new ID to the regular customer specification.

  • Edit (F2) – edits ID attributes in the regular customer specification.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes IDs from the regular customer specification.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new ID to the specification, please use the New regular customer ID entry window. To modify attributes of specification elements, use the Regular customer ID or Regular customer IDs editor windows.

When deleting regular customer IDs from the specification, a permanent delete confirmation prompt appears.
