Regular customer ID window

The following windows are used to manage regular customer IDs:

All of these windows are opened from the IDs panel data grid.

You can open the editor window using the Edit command. From there, you can modify attributes of one or more IDs used by regular customers.

If one ID is selected in the specification data grid, the Regular customer ID editor window will open.

Window fields:

  • Regular customer is an existing client who has an ID assigned to him/her. This is a required field.

    After the client presents his/her ID, this name will be shown on the POS terminal and will also be stored in sales documents (guest tabs, orders, bills, receipts) and in operations on the regular customer's guest tabs and points.

  • ID indicates the regular customer's ID.

    Please select an ID in the Select ID window.

  • Comment is a short text comment.

    Any additional information can be entered in this field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The multiple regular customer IDs editor window opens if several elements are selected in the specification table.

The name of the editor window changes to Regular customer IDs. A panel with a list of the selected elements is added to the window. The regular customers to which selected IDs have been assigned are specified in brackets.

The fields are similar to those in the Regular customer ID window.

You can open the New regular customer ID entry window by using the Add command. From there, you can assign a new ID to the regular customer.

The Regular customer field in the ID entry window is a required field.
