The Customer displays panel is utilised to control the customer displays used on the POS terminal.

The Customer displays panel contains the following fields:

  • Main indicates the device used on the POS terminal as the main customer display.

    You can select a device in the Select device window from among the devices that can be used as printers.

The data grid contains a list of additional customer displays that are used along with the primary display.

Data grid columns:

  • Device indicates the POS terminal on which the additional customer display is used.

  • Connected device denotes the additional customer display.

  • Header designates the name of the connected device role.

The context menu contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new additional customer display to the specification.

  • Edit (F2) – edits additional customer displays.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes additional customer displays.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new additional customer display to the specification, use the New connected device window. Additional customer displays can be edited in the Connected device and Connected devices windows.
