Abstract

The Menu item own cost by store group operational report is used to view the own cost of menu items in selected store groups.

The menu item own cost is calculated on the basis of the corresponding stock items purchase prices.

This report is generated on the basis of the Purchase price operational report. The operational report is based on operations performed on the stores of the selected store groups.

The operational report displays the menu item own cost for 1 unit of quantity and the menu item purchase price for 1 portion.

The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a data grid listing the elements that match the selected filter parameters.

Data grid columns:

  • Menu item indicates the name of the menu item.

  • Unit (menu) is the menu unit of measurement.

  • Stock item denotes the stock item associated with the menu item.

  • Own cost per portion is the menu item own cost for one portion.

  • Own cost per quantity unit denotes the menu item own cost for one unit of volume.

  • Store group indicates the name of the store group for which the own cost is calculated.

  • Type designates the menu type.

  • Class is the stock item class.

  • Menu group is the menu group.

    This field is displayed in order to indicate to which menu group these menu items belong.

The Menu item own cost by store group operational report is intended only for viewing own cost of menu items calculated on the basis of the purchase prices of their associated stock items. No changes can be made to the report data. The context menu therefore contains only the following commands:

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
